Information Needed to Check your Warranty

1) Do you have your original receipt?  In most cases this is not absolutely necessary to check your warranty, but it can sometimes help, so if you've kept the receipt, have it handy.

2) Serial Number and Model.  HP Laptops have a label with P/N and S/N alphanumeric codes on the bottom and desktops/printers have them somewhere on the chassis.  Make a note of these, not just for warranties, but if you need parts such as extra memory.  Apple serial numbers can usually be found under the battery on laptops, under the stand on iMacs, on the inside of the case of Mac Pros, and on the back of iPods.

3) APC does have an online warranty check facility, but although it gives you some information about your item, it does not say whether it is still in its warranty period.  Make sure you contact our Service Department at support@alphasoft.com.ky or (345) 949-8251 for definitive information.

4) We can only give warranty coverage on the HP Business Line of machines.  The Pavilion and Presario models are part of the Consumer Line, and therefore we cannot get the parts for them.  If you have a Consumer Line model of laptop, desktop or printer, you can call HP Toll Free from the Cayman Islands at 1-800-711-2884 to get further assistance.
